CEITEC S.A. has developed a solution for the electronic identification of animals. In Brazil, this type of identification is regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture through SISBOV (the Brazilian System for the Identification and Certification of Bovine and Buffalo Origin).
CEITEC’s Low Frequency (LF) RFID chip for animal identification complies with NBR 14766 and 15006 standards (ISO 11784/85). Products using our integrated circuit have already received ICAR certification, the organization responsible for animal traceability in the European Union. Fully designed by the company, this chip can also be used for identifying gas cylinders, tires, packaging, and other applications.
