Lawyer graduated in Law from the Federal University of Goiás (1996), with a solid background in legal advisory and consulting services, management of incentive-based projects, and relations with federal, state, and municipal public agencies.
She has extensive experience in Administrative Law, with specialized work in tax incentive legislation aimed at the sports, culture, healthcare, and third-sector sectors.
Currently, she is a partner and senior attorney at a private law firm, working on administrative and legal proceedings before the Federal Courts, the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), and government agencies. She also held management positions, coordinating teams and processes related to Entertainment Law, with a focus on administrative proceedings involving partnerships between companies and the public sector.
Her experience also includes work at the Legislative Assembly of the State of São Paulo, the São Paulo Municipal Sports Department, and the Attorney General’s Office of the Municipality of Goiânia, developing expertise in public management, contract analysis, preparation of legal opinions, legislative monitoring, and accountability procedures.
In addition to her legal career, she has carried out academic and institutional activities as a professor at the OAB/SP Higher School of Advocacy in the postgraduate program in Sports Law, as well as lecturer and consultant, delivering courses and workshops for large entities and companies focused on tax incentive legislation, management of incentive-based projects, accountability, and compliance with the public sector.
