FISCAL COUNCIL
The Fiscal Council is a supervisory body, with collective and individual responsibilities, in charge of overseeing information and acts of a strictly budgetary, financial, or accounting nature.

Rafael Souza Pena – Chairman of the Fiscal Council
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration – University of Brasília (UnB), MBA in Financial Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) – Completed in April 2004, MBA in Logistics and Global Operations Management from Gama Filho University – Completed in December 2013.
Federal Auditor of Finance and Control – National Treasury Secretariat; Secretariat of Federal Patrimony/MPOG (June 1998 to June 2001); National Treasury Secretariat - COAFI (from June 2001 to April 2010); Secretariat of Food and Nutritional Security/MDS (from April 2010 to February 2012); National Treasury Secretariat – COAPI (from February 2012 to September 2013); National Treasury Secretariat – COAFI (since September 2013), currently holding the position of Coordinator of Financial Assets at the National Treasury Secretariat.

Cristina Vidigal Cabral de Miranda – Fiscal Council Member
Holds Master's and Doctorate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RJ) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF).
Currently serves as the Coordinator of the General Coordination for Governance of Related Entities at the Directorate of Management of Related Companies of the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovations, and Communications (MCTIC). Her main activities include monitoring the governance and performance of state-owned companies and related entities.
She has several papers published in conference proceedings and organized the 4th International Institute of Forecasters workshop – Risk, in Rio de Janeiro.
A professional with experience in public companies, developing various activities at the Ministry of Communications, as well as providing technical consulting on projects and R&D in the area of time series analysis and statistics.
Ana Cristina Bittar de Oliveira – Fiscal Council Member
Ana Cristina Bittar de Oliveira is a Federal Auditor of Finance and Control at the National Treasury Secretariat (STN), currently assigned to the Secretary's Office (Advisory) as Coordinator of Legislative Affairs.
She was an Information Technology manager as Coordinator of Information Technology Support at STN, and Director of Technology and Innovation at the National Fund for Education Development (FNDE), as well as Manager of Guarantor Funds Monitoring at the General Coordination of Fiscal Planning and Risks, and Manager of Credit Operations Analysis at the General Coordination of Credit Operations Analysis for States and Municipalities.
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, she holds an MBA in Information Technology Governance (Funiversa/Católica) and in Strategic IT Management (FGV).
She has been serving on Fiscal Councils since 2006 and is currently a member of the Fiscal Council of the National Center for Advanced Electronic Technology – CEITEC - S.A.
