Ana Cristina Bittar de Oliveira is a Federal Auditor of Finance and Control at the National Treasury Secretariat (STN), currently assigned to the Office of the Secretary as Coordinator of Legislative Affairs.

She served as Information Technology Manager, as Coordinator of IT Support at the STN, and as Director of Technology and Innovation at the National Fund for Educational Development (FNDE). She also served as Manager of Guaranteed Funds Monitoring at the General Coordination of Fiscal Planning and Risks, and as Manager of Credit Operations Analysis at the General Coordination for the Analysis of Credit Operations for States and Municipalities.

She holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBAs in IT Governance and Strategic IT Management.

She has served on Fiscal Councils since 2006 and is currently a Fiscal Council Member of Centro Nacional de Tecnologia Eletrônica Avançada – CEITEC S.A.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Brasília (UnB), an MBA in Financial Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), completed in April 2004, and an MBA in Logistics and Global Operations Management from Universidade Gama Filho, completed in December 2013.

He is a Federal Auditor of Finance and Control at the National Treasury Secretariat. He has worked at the Secretariat of Federal Property/SPU-MPOG, the National Treasury Secretariat, the Secretariat of Food and Nutritional Security/MDS, and currently serves as Coordinator of Financial Assets at the National Treasury Secretariat.

She has extensive experience in Administrative Law, with specialized work in tax incentive legislation aimed at the sports, culture, healthcare, and third-sector sectors.

Currently, she is a partner and senior attorney at a private law firm, working on administrative and legal proceedings before the Federal Courts, the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU), and government agencies. She also held management positions, coordinating teams and processes related to Entertainment Law, with a focus on administrative proceedings involving partnerships between companies and the public sector.

Her experience also includes work at the Legislative Assembly of the State of São Paulo, the São Paulo Municipal Sports Department, and the Attorney General’s Office of the Municipality of Goiânia, developing expertise in public management, contract analysis, preparation of legal opinions, legislative monitoring, and accountability procedures.

In addition to her legal career, she has carried out academic and institutional activities as a professor at the OAB/SP Higher School of Advocacy in the postgraduate program in Sports Law, as well as lecturer and consultant, delivering courses and workshops for large entities and companies focused on tax incentive legislation, management of incentive-based projects, accountability, and compliance with the public sector.

Specialist in corporate governance, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CPTM and member of the Audit Committees of Metrô and CEITEC. Certified by IBGC and formerly served on the boards of SPTrans and CET.
