Graduated in Electrical Engineering from PUC-RJ in 1971, he obtained in 1978 the title of Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, USA, where he also obtained the titles of M.Sc. in Statistics (1977) and in Engineering Economic Systems/Management in Science & Engineering (1976). Retired as Associate Professor IV from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ (2023) and as Senior Researcher of the National Laboratory of Scientific Computing – LNCC/MCTI (2000).

He was Secretary of Information Policy of the Ministry of Science and Technology – SEPIN/MCT (12/2005-01/2011), Director of the Department of Informatics at DATASUS/MS (2011-2014) and Director of LNCC/MCTI (2016-2021). He chaired the Boards of Directors of CEITEC S.A. (2009-2011), RNP – National Network for Teaching and Research (2006-2010) and SOFTEX (2006-2010). He coordinated the Internet Steering Committee in Brazil – CGI.br (2006-2010). He received the National Order of Scientific Merit in the Commander Class in 2008. He assumed the Presidency of CEITEC S.A. on November 10, 2023.

Ph.D. in Sciences, with postdoctoral work at North Carolina State University, Master in Experimental Physics from UFRGS and licensed in Physics from UFPel. She has a trajectory at CEITEC in semiconductor processing, having worked as a Process Engineer and later in a technical leadership position.

Since 2018, she has worked in the area of Business Development, integrating her technical background with a vision of products, markets and value generation for the company. In 2020, she took over the management of the Business team. With a technical-commercial profile and systemic vision, she works in the development of markets, partnerships and corporate positioning strategies. In 2026, she assumed the role of Business Development Superintendent.

She has a solid career in electronic engineering and semiconductor technology, with extensive experience in leadership and business development. Graduated in Information Technology from PUCRS, with a Master's in Computer Science from UFRGS and a Ph.D. from Universität Tübingen, Edelweis has contributed significantly to the growth of Brazil's technology industry.

She held leadership positions at CEITEC S.A., Semikron Semiconductors, Unitec Semiconductors and HT Micron, being a reference in semiconductors and electric vehicles. Currently, she is Director of Business Development at CEITEC S.A., where she continues to foster technological advancement in the power electronics sector.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering (1988), Master's degree in Electronic Instrumentation (1994) and Ph.D. in Computing/Microelectronics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2005). Associate Professor at the School of Engineering at UFRGS since 1991. He was Technical Coordinator of the Training Centers of the CI Brazil Program (2007-2016). He served as President of the Brazilian Microelectronics Society - SBMicro and was President and Director of CEITEC Civil Association.

Ph.D. in Materials Engineering, Master and Mechanical Engineer from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). For 14 years, he has worked in maintenance and operation activities of highly reliable industrial plants, having been in the Infrastructure area at CEITEC since 2013. As of October 2023, he has held the position of Factory Superintendent at CEITEC.

Bachelor's degree (2009) and Master's degree in Law (2012) from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul – UFRGS. Post-graduate degree in Civil Procedure from UniRitter (2016). Student in Accounting Sciences at Unisinos (2022 - present). She worked as a lawyer and legal manager in a private law firm, specializing in Civil Law in the banking sector. She has been a licensed lawyer at CEITEC since 2016. As of 2019, she held the position of legal manager and, since 2023, she holds the position of Legal Superintendent of the Company.

Graduated in Chemistry from UFRGS. Manager of Conceição Hospital Group – GHC (2009–2010). President of the State Foundation for Environmental Protection – FEPAM (2011–2013). State Secretary of the Environment of Rio Grande do Sul (2013). Chemist at the Rio Grande do Sul Water and Sewage Company – Corsan (2013–2023).

State public servant from Rio Grande do Sul, with over 20 years of experience in the supervision area, with expertise in public management, surveillance and data analysis applied to the public sector.

Veterinary Doctor, with specialization from the Federal University of Lavras and Master's degree in Sciences with emphasis on epidemiology and statistics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Currently, he is also pursuing a degree in Economic Sciences, with interest in development, public policies and state planning.

He has a trajectory of union and institutional action in defense of public service, the valorization of public servants and the strengthening of public policies.
